With all the chaos this time of year, you need to remember to relax every once and a while. So today we are going to give you a few tips to eliminate stress and relax.

  •  Use aroma therapy. While some people believe  aroma therapy is hooey, science shows that it actually works.
  •  Get a good nights sleep. Sleep is very important, science even shows that sleep deprivation can cause many health problems, including high stress levels.
  •  Exercise. While it may seem it more exhausting than relaxing, exercising actually releases endorphins and dopamine which makes you much happier and more relaxed.  So maybe that afternoon workout wasn’t such a bad idea.
