Everyone wants to make the most of their day, but building a schedule for yourself can be a challenge. Today I am going to share with you how I structure a productive day. Do note that everyone is different and what works for one person, might not work for you. Implementing a few small things I mention into your day to create it in a way that will be effective for you. Just copying someone else’s routine won’t be of benefit.
I first wake up just before 6 am, I shower and get dressed by 6. Then I make myself a cup of tea with my breakfast and begin work for the day. I work until about 11 am, then take a short break. Next I will make myself a nutritious lunch. Afterwards I go ahead and take a 26 minute nap. This type of nap is called a Nasa Nap, and is used by astronauts to avoid drowsiness after naps. I like to take this nap after my meal just to help the food settle. I continue my work starting again at 1 pm, and I will usually finish right before 2 pm. Then I can enjoy the rest of my day, and I will be into to bed around 11 pm. This schedule allows me to complete so much in one day, by getting all of my work done, and then being able to enjoy myself, and spend time with the people I love. Unfortunately for people who do not work from home this might not be very helpful, but those of you who do are in luck.
